The working principle of the power-off brake is: its structure is that the coil spring presses the brake pads, and the friction force of the brake pads is used to generate braking torque. When the brake disc is energized, the armature pressing the brake pad will compress the coil spring and be attracted by the excitation core, the brake will be released and the motor will run normally. If the excitation current is cut off, the pressure of the coil spring will cause the armature to press the brake pad. Under the action of the spring force, friction will be generated between the brake disc, the base and the armature, and then the transmission shaft will be braked through the gear sleeve. will move.
